NAILED IT! Mouth guard arrived quickly and in good condition. Only a few small marks on one of the tabs. No instructions provided, but I found some in the "Questions" section. Dip the guard into hot (just boiled) water holding onto the tab for 10-15 seconds, then carefully place in your mouth (yes, it will be hot!), and bite down and rub it against your teeth until it cools. This happens quickly. Be careful placing it in your mouth. On my first attempt, I bit down, squishing one of the edges. They do not separate again. It takes a lot of effort to try to form the plastic so you can try again. As you can see, mine are off-centre. Not quite like the ones in the ad. Still, they work. Wash the plastic before forming. No taste to the product. Very good price for this product compared to stores here. Thanks to a great seller for a great product. #mouthguard #dental #nailedit

в Беларусь прибыл за 34 дня. качество неплохое. на фото сравнение с профессиональной стоматологической капой (думаю, понятно, где какая))). Отличия: эта капа более толстая, но спать в ней удобно; она короткая - не хватает на последние зубы (хотя у меня маленькая челюсть), а в профессиональной именно на них идёт утолщение, тут же на передние зубы больше силикона; в этой разговаривать неудобно, получается смешно, но я брала именно для сна, поэтому этот момент не принципиальный. вывод: при бруксизме использовать можно (тем более за такую цену).

Vi muita gente reclamando que o produto não é conforme a descrição, mas funciona sim! errei nas duas primeiras tentativas, mas acertei na terceira. Ele fica mole muito rápido em contato com a agua quente, e endurece também rápido em contato com o ar. Tem que mergulhar ele rapidamente na agua quente e ir colocando na boca pra moldar. Passei a ter excelentes noites de sono depois que passei a usar. Chegou aqui no Brasil em menos de 15 dias.

Я в приятном шоке, с момента заказа прошло 14 дней и капы у меня!! Обычно мелкие посылки очень долго идут, а тут вжух и всё) Я заказала 4 капы - 2 себе и 2 мужу для использования с реминирализирующим гелем, без них не удобно, так как слюна уж очень быстро смывает этот гель.
